Message Icon > All Messages

This page shows all messages sent via the TITAN Platform. Messages are sent from TITAN to customers and include release notes, reminders, and outage updates.

1. Search Users - filter by message creator

2. Select date range - filter by message created date range

3. Reset - click to reset search parameters

4. Title - click to sort by title. Click the message title to open message

5. Created On - click to sort by the message date/time

6. Created By - click to sort by message creator

7. Status - click to sort by status (read, unread)

8. Read On - click to sort by Read On date/time

9. Severity - click to sort by severity (normal, urgent)

10. < > - click to scroll through pages
